They are such gracious hosts and their home is so warm and inviting

From the moment you step through the front door, John & Connie Lancaster make you feel as if you have arrived home. They are such gracious hosts and their home is so warm and inviting. We enjoyed a great stay in the Rose Room and breakfast was amazing. Though they work hard behind the scenes to make your stay special, they succeed with their personal touches through out the Manor and with their openness in making you feel so welcome and special.

This place is so beautiful!

This place is so beautiful! We originally came to stay at Winstar but the place was booked completely and I’m so glad it was because I would have never found this place. I highly recommend the private dinner. The salad, ribeye, roasted potato’s and asparagus was delicious and the dessert was heavenly. The beds are the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Very detail every personal touch would bring me back here over and over again. Connie and her husband are truly wonderful people and they spoiled us rotten being attentive to our every need.. The banana bread is a must and those brownies, to die for. Very thing organic and everything made from scratch. This was the best anniversary/birthday ever. Stay in this wonderful home if your ever down here. This place was a blessing!

We booked the Rose Room for our wedding night, not only is this an entirely beautiful place but the experience and hospitality will leave you wanting to stay here forever. You are treated like royalty and the food is better than home cooking. We will be staying here for years to come!! Thank you for making the beginning of our honeymoon so special!! 🥹💕

The truly care about their guests and I am truly thankful we choose to stay here

John and Connie are absolute wonderful people and wonderful hosts! We booked with them for mini moon after our wedding. Their shuttle service picked us up from our venue and allowed us to leave our vehicle before check in so we did not have to worry about leaving our vehicle at our wedding venue. We enjoyed our breakfast both days we stayed, it was delicious. We also choose to get the dinner they offer, which we both decided to go with the steak, and it was better than any steak restaurant we’ve been to. The truly care about their guests and I am truly thankful we choose to stay here. We plan on booking for our first anniversary!

They made us feel welcome and taken care of, like we were part of the family.

Connie and John were such gracious and fun hosts (we spent the whole weekend laughing)! From our first greeting at the door to the lovely and hearty farewell breakfast at the end of our weekend get-a-way, they made us feel welcome and taken care of, like we were part of the family. The manor is stunning and well loved. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, the sparkling pool surrounded by beautiful trees and flora, the French Room with the most comfortable queen bed we’ve ever slept in, and the most outstanding steak dinner we’ve ever had. Connie and John make everything fresh to order. Absolutely loved the home-made biscuits, butter, and jams provided by local vendors, and don’t even get me started on their eggs benedict. I’m getting hungry just thinking of it. We can’t wait to tell family and friends, and come back soon!
Love you guys!

This place is beautiful

This place is beautiful. My new wife and I were catered to and the house is really a time capsule. When you enter, your greeted with drinks and classical music. The breakfast is cooked from scratch and the food is sinful and delicious. Be prepared to be blown away by the excellent service. Connie is such a great host and John is a fantastic chef. Try the banana bread!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Every detail unfolded with unexpected delights

From my first conversation by phone with Innkeeper Connie, I knew we were in for a special treat. Our two-night stay did not disappoint: The aroma of freshly baked banana bread and brownies greeted us as we entered the magnificent and storied manor house. Every detail unfolded with unexpected delights – from a romantic, candle-lit dinner to a truly made-to-order breakfast, to recommendations for local activities – we never wanted for anything. Connie and her husband John made us feel welcomed, pampered, and cared for while we enjoyed a weekend to remember! We’ll be back!

Absolutely an amazing place to stay!

Absolutely an amazing place to stay! So welcoming and Connie makes you feel like home the second you arrive! When we arrived, we were offered a complimentary beverage and homemade banana bread! Breakfast is included and is made to order which was all homemade and organic! I can’t say enough great things about this bed and breakfast except there is no other place we would stay in the area. If you are in the area, I highly recommend you stay here. You will not be disappointed!!!
